  Walked in on a Friday evening. Place was not busy. Which was awesome for us. To start with.... Server came quickly - took our drink and meal order. Then disappeared. When meals arrived my order was prepared incorrectly - our server was no where to be seen. Thank God for Amanda - she came to our rescue - checked the order instructions - realized the new cook in training had prepared the meal incorrectly. She took food back - when meal was returned - it was not cooked thoroughly. Again Amanda to the rescue. She took one look at the food and agreed with us. She got the other more experienced cook to fix the problem and stayed with him until the meal was delivered. HUGE KUDO"S to Amanda. 5 HUGE STARS to her....... Huddle House - is great when staff is on the ball.
